A Higher Calling at G.U.E.S.T. House

From day one, this work has been driven by one simple truth: every child deserves to feel seen, heard, and cherished—especially those who’ve been through unthinkable traumas.

At G.U.E.S.T., our mission is bold yet profoundly necessary: to create a world where children in foster care and their families have the opportunity, support, and skills needed to navigate this forever changing world.

These kids have survived more pain and uncertainty than most of us can imagine. We don’t just ‘watch over’ them—we level with them, mentor them, inspire them and gently by example teach them the social and emotional skills they need to thrive.

When you join our team, you bring more than credentials—you bring your heart. Whether you’re a behavior aide, crisis intervention specialist, or transportation coordinator, you are their advocate. You’re the one who shows up when it matters most.

YOU ADVOCATE.

YOU INSPIRE.

YOU TRANSFORM LIVES.

Because of our work together, children regain hope. Families find stability. Young adults transition to independence with confidence. Every conversation matters, every activity counts, and every team member’s dedication becomes the spark for lasting change.

If you’re passionate about making a real difference—if you believe that children in foster care deserve more than the bare minimum—then you belong here. Join us, and bring your compassion, your creativity, and your commitment to excellence.
